CITYVIEW MEDICAL FLU VACCINCE CLINIC

The practice will hold their annual flu clinic on SATURDAY 26TH OCTOBER 2019 TIME: 9AM -12.30PM

Please note you will not receive an invite letter this year.

For all patients over 65 & patients with certain at risk conditions and children aged 2-under 4 years

 

 

Bank Holiday Information 

The practice will be closed for the following bank holidays:

Wednesday 25th, Thursday 26th December 2019 & Wednesday 1st January 2020

PIP APPLICATIONS

As a Practice we no longer complete requests from DLA / Attendance allowance / PIP forms OR for supporting evidence.

We strongly believe that to get an accurate assessment a face to face consultation is vital.  This needs to be carried out by the agency making the decision about your application, not by your GP.

Community pharmacists

Pharmacists

A pharmacist can give confidential, expert advice and treatment for some common illnesses and complaints, without you seeing your GP or going to an emergency department.

They can help with:

  • eye infections, stomach upsets, skin conditions, allergies, aches and pains
  • common drugs, vitamins and minor first-aid
  • healthy eating and living, including giving up smoking
  • blood pressure and diabetes monitoring and needle exchange, truss fittings, stoma products and incontinence supplies
  • women's health, including treatment for thrush, emergency contraception and pregnancy testing
  • children's health, including nappy rash, teething, coughs and colds
  • prescribed and over the counter medicines
