ONLY URGENT MEDICAL ISSUES WILL BE DEALT WITH AFTER THIS TIME.

THE PRACITICE RECEPTION STAFF WHO ARE TRAINED PATIENT CARE NAVIGATORS WILL REQUIRE SOME INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR SYMPTOMS, TO PRIORITISE AND DIRECT YOUR CALL TO THE MOST APPROPAITE HEALTH PROFESSIONAL.

PIP APPLICATIONS

As a Practice we no longer complete requests from DLA / Attendance allowance / PIP forms OR for supporting evidence.

We strongly believe that to get an accurate assessment a face to face consultation is vital.  This needs to be carried out by the agency making the decision about your application, not by your GP.

Test Results

Note that the practice has a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection and we will only release test results to the person to whom they relate unless that person has given prior written permission for the release of this data.

Please Note: This is applicable to all patients aged 16 and over.

When you take your test you will be told how long it will be before the results are returned to the practice.

We would ask all patients to contact the practice for their results and to make an appointment with your doctor if you are advised to do so or if you wish to discuss your test results further.

Please Note: Administration Staff are not medically trained to comment on results.
